One of our customers in the Oil & Gas industry did not have visibility to track and plan for their project costs. As a result, they could not make accurate financial forecasts, which created risks in their planning efforts. This also caused their business plans to become very time consuming and laborious. However, after engaging with this customer and understanding their challenges, we built a Project cost and Financial model. This tool displayed all their expenses, allowing them to forecast the future and carry out a “What-If” analysis. This model provided management with real-time, business-ready data and supported quick decision making at that level.
One of our customers in the automobile industry faced issues tracking and monitoring their frequent vehicle repair and MOT (Ministry of Transport) requests. Their operation’s redundant, manual, and time-consuming processes cost their business time, effort, and, ultimately, money. As a result, the requests of several customers were routinely either delayed or completely unmet. That’s why we built and implemented a web and mobile application to streamline the process of requesting vehicle and MOT repairs. This allowed customers to book services online and track the progress of their requests. A key element of this application is the interactive online booking and scheduling tool that customers could use to pick a date/time slot based on what is available. This application improved the overall service and customer retention.
